City Council and County Commission vote to move forward with TSPLOST Referendum

The City Council and County Commission voted to move forward with the next TSPLOST referendum. Citizens will have the opportunity to vote on the TSPLOST referendum on May 19th. The proposed TSPLOST will be imposed at 1% and the total estimated amount is $45,000,0000 with the county receiving 91% and the city receiving 9%.

The City Council and County Commission will meet at City Hall on January 14th at 5:00pm to vote on placing the next TSPLOST referendum on the May 19th ballot. The proposed TSPLOST will be imposed at 1% and the total estimated amount is $45,000,0000 with the county receiving 91% and the city receiving 9%.
